1. Nature of Services

Faundare-capital.com is a marketing platform that partners with multiple commercial lending brokerage platforms, and thus we are not a direct lender. We do not provide loans or make credit decisions.
Our role is to connect businesses with third-party lenders, financial institutions, or private funding sources.
We assist in loan application processing, document preparation, and lender matching but do not guarantee loan approval or specific loan terms.
Faundare-capital.com is part of Faundare Capital LLC.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
Be an authorized representative of the business seeking financing.
Provide accurate and complete information about your business and financial status.
Faundare Capital shall not be held accountable for any legal disputes, claims, or liabilities that arise due to the Client’s failure to provide accurate and truthful information. The Client assumes full responsibility for any consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent representations made during the loan application or funding process.

3. Loan Application and Approval

We facilitate loan applications but do not control approval decisions, interest rates, terms, or conditions set by lenders.
Approval and funding timelines vary by lender, and we are not responsible for delays or denials.
Clients acknowledge that loan offers are subject to verification, underwriting, and lender discretion.

4. Fees and Compensation

We may receive compensation from lenders for successful loan placements.
In some cases, clients may be required to pay a brokerage fee or service charge, disclosed upfront in writing.
Fees paid to the Company are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. No Guarantee of Funding

While we strive to connect clients with suitable lenders, we do not guarantee loan approval, funding amounts, interest rates, or specific terms.
Clients understand that loan offers are subject to lender policies, creditworthiness, and market conditions.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide truthful and accurate financial and business information.
Comply with lender requirements and deadlines.
Use funds received for lawful business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Faundare Capital is not responsible for any loan decisions, lender actions, or changes in terms imposed by lenders.
We do not assume liability for financial losses, business disruptions, or damages resulting from loan denials, delayed funding, or misrepresentation of information by third parties.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid directly to us by the client, if applicable.

8. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and process personal and business information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Client information may be shared with third-party lenders strictly for loan processing purposes.
We do not sell or distribute your data beyond necessary lending-related services.

9. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if a client provides false information, engages in fraud, or violates these terms.
Clients may discontinue using our services at any time, but fees paid remain non-refundable.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or litigation in the appropriate jurisdiction as specified by Faundare Family Financial Strategies LLC.

11. Amendments and Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
